How do I request a site cleanup?
As soon as you receive an alert for an infection, log in to your account manager. Go to Site Protect. Click Setup and look for Site Scanner. Select the site to scan in the dropdown and click Scan Now. Once the scan finishes showing infected areas, click Remove Malware. Fill out the fields before you click Request Malware Removal. Our team will remove the infections and tell you once it’s finished.
You can also request a server scan by clicking Server Scanner and following the same steps.
Will you fix my broken site?
We will be removing all affected files. However, you’ll need to re-upload the clean copies of your website files to fix it. Alternatively, you may request our backup files at a reasonable cost but we cannot guarantee that our backup will be the most recent.
Make sure to always keep a recent backup for your site.
